Our commitment

The site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we have built in

• Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order.
• Full keyboard navigation, including a skip-to-main-content link and visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
• Text alternatives on meaningful images, including the attorney portraits and the Phoenix photography.
• Color contrast that targets the 4.5 to 1 ratio for body text against the page background.
• Form fields with clearly associated labels and a descriptive label on the light and dark mode toggle.
• Respect for the reduced-motion setting, which disables scroll animations when your system requests it.
• A light and dark theme so you can choose the more comfortable reading mode.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task. As the site grows, new content is reviewed against the same standards. If something does not work well for you, that feedback is valuable and taken seriously.
